## Description

Leaders In Training (L.I.T.) is a Christian ministry that equips churches to help preteens become disciples who make disciples. For more than 24 years, it has developed resources and training to support life-on-life discipleship, moving beyond classroom teaching to help young people know Christ, grow in faith, serve, share the Gospel, and guide others. Its four-part ministry model involves parents in spiritual growth, connects preteens with caring mentors, helps them discover their gifts and serve in church, and prepares them to take part in evangelistic missions.

L.I.T. offers discipleship devotionals, leader guides, subscriptions, downloadable materials, and training for churches and ministry leaders. Its programs include Leaders In Training, Nehemiah Kids for first- through third-grade children, Kingdom Impact, and Empowering the Next Generation training. The organization also supports mission-trip preparation and provides international resources. L.I.T. reports publishing more than 72 discipleship resources, mobilizing over 4,000 preteens and students for missions, and training more than 5,000 leaders in over 20 countries.
