## Description

Lead For Taiwan (LFT) is a brand founded in 2018 by Chen Xiaoyan and his close friend Lin Youliang. They established LFT in response to the lack of critical thinking skills and issue-based discussions in Taiwan's educational system. LFT is dedicated to providing training in soft skills for Taiwanese students and exploring public issues.

Over the past two years, LFT has collaborated with educational institutions such as the Yung-Ling Education Foundation, Taiwan Generations Education Foundation, and Rotary International to organize more than 20 forums, workshops, and lectures. They have also held nine large-scale camps during the summer and winter vacations, impacting over a thousand high school and university students from all over Taiwan.

Since spring 2021, the trained instructors from LFT have entered public high schools to lead future-oriented micro-courses. Their partnerships include Jingmei Girls' High School, Chengchi Senior High School, and Wanfang High School.

Lead For Taiwan aims to foster critical thinking abilities in Taiwanese students, cultivate their problem-solving skills, and nurture a habit of caring about social development. Join them and become part of a society that values thoughtful conversations and embraces change.
