## Description

Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund is a nonprofit organization that raises funds to support disabled, wounded, ill, and injured U.S. Army Rangers, as well as Ranger families and the families of fallen service members. Its mission is to provide assistance beyond what government programs can offer, working in collaboration with the USSOCOM Warrior Care Program and unit command. The organization has received the U.S. Special Operations Command Patriot Award for its support of Special Operations Forces.

Its assistance programs include wounded Ranger recovery, transition support, chaplain services, health, wellness and morale initiatives, the Gold Star Program, Homes That Heal, and Ranger resiliency resources. These services are intended to address the practical and ongoing needs of Rangers and their families. The fund also honors fallen Rangers through its memorial initiatives and supports families through its Gold Star work.

Individuals can contribute through one-time or recurring donations, volunteering, fundraising, hosting independent events, or participating in activities such as races, golf events, and its annual gala.
