## Description

LEAP4FNSSA is an innovative international research consortium focused on enhancing food and nutrition security through sustainable agricultural practices between Europe and Africa. Established with funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 program, LEAP4FNSSA serves as a collaborative platform designed to facilitate research and innovation in the critical areas of food and nutrition security.

By promoting partnerships among consortium members and stakeholders across both continents, LEAP4FNSSA aims to transition from a traditional partnership model to a dynamic platform that fosters ongoing dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaborative research initiatives. Events such as hybrid workshops and webinars provide opportunities for participants to share insights and progress towards shared goals.

This bi-continental approach is designed to leverage the diverse expertise within the AU-EU partnership, ensuring a robust, unified response to global challenges in food security and agricultural sustainability. LEAP4FNSSA is committed to driving impactful change through collaborative research and innovation aimed at nurturing resilient food systems that benefit communities on both sides of the Mediterranean.
