## Description

LEAP Equine is a UK provider of Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) and Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL), offering safe, supportive experiences for individuals and groups. Its work combines interaction with horses and experiential learning to support personal development, wellbeing and therapeutic work. LEAP also provides professional training for practitioners, with an emphasis on ethical practice, safety and high-quality client care.

Its offerings include practitioner training, Level 4 and Level 5 diplomas, individual and group sessions, corporate leadership and business coaching, horsemanship, workshops and continuing professional development. Courses are delivered with horses, in classroom settings or online, and are designed for both people exploring the field and practitioners developing their skills. LEAP also helps people find EFL and EFP practitioners in their area.

The organisation has worked in equine-facilitated services for many years and describes the LEAP Method as an experiential approach informed by theoretical frameworks and extensive client work. LEAP is an organisational member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and adheres to its Code of Ethics.
