## Description

The Honor Society of Leap Year Day Babies is a unique organization dedicated to celebrating individuals born on February 29th. Established in 1997 from the merger of two Leap Day birthday clubs, the society provided a free membership platform until 2016, amassing over 11,000 members globally. Its primary aim was to raise awareness about Leap Year Day while connecting Leap Day babies with media for coverage and recognition. Although the main membership system is now securely stored offline, the Honor Society continues to offer valuable services, including a birth family search to assist those seeking to reconnect with fellow Leap Day individuals. Throughout its history, the society has facilitated numerous stories in newspapers, radio, and television, showcasing the vibrant community of Leap Year Day Babies. As a legacy brand, it remains committed to preserving the spirit and camaraderie of its members while adapting to the evolving landscape of communication in today's social media-driven world.
