Angelic Organics Learning Center, based in Caledonia, IL, is a nonprofit educational partner to Angelic Organics CSA farm. Established in 1999, our mission is to foster a vibrant local food economy by helping urban and rural communities build sustainable and resilient food systems. Through our programs and events, we aim to educate and empower individuals of all ages.

We offer food and farm workshops, field trips, and summer camps, providing hands-on experiences and knowledge about farming, sustainable practices, and seasonal eating. Recently, we have also introduced educational farm stays at Angelic Organics Lodge, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the farming lifestyle. At our Farmer Training Department, we coordinate the Upper Midwest CRAFT farmer training alliance and host the Stateline Farm Beginnings® program, which has graduated nearly 300 sustainable farmers since 2006.

We also extend our work to Rockford, IL, where our Urban Agriculture Programs empower youth and adults to gain leadership and job skills while learning to grow food in collaboration with community organizations.
