## Description

Learnly is an online anesthesiology learning ecosystem developed by the Stanford AIM Lab, with educational resources designed around learners’ needs and the stages of anesthesia training. Its courses and tools aim to help students build knowledge, prepare for clinical practice, and learn across devices.

START is a year-long, monthly online curriculum intended to help interns transition successfully into anesthesia residency. Foundations is a year-long daily online and mobile course focused on anesthesia basic sciences; Learnly reports that students taking this hallmark course have a 500% lower failure rate on high-stakes educational milestones. The Showcase collection offers hundreds of recorded lectures, podcasts, and procedural videos from the Stanford University School of Medicine Department of Anesthesia and the Stanford AIM Lab.
