# Leben im Kiez - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `lebenimkiez.de` ## Description Network “Leben im Kiez” is a community network in Berlin’s Treptow-Köpenick district, established in 2007 at the initiative of the district’s seniors’ council. It brings together local organisations and other partners to support people who want to grow older independently in their neighbourhoods, as well as those who already need assistance. Its work aims to strengthen a caring community for people aged 65 and over and improve cooperation across professions and public services.
