Welcome to Domaine Le Cariol, located in the beautiful countryside of the Dordogne region in France. Immerse yourself in breathtaking starry skies, stunning nature, ancient bastides, and ample space. Take a dip in the large swimming pool, relax in the hot tub, indulge in a lazy book reading on the terrace, join us for a delightful meal at our Table d'hôtes, savoring the local produce, and explore the surroundings.

Enjoy hours of outdoor play and bounce on the trampoline. Since the summer of 2022, we have opened our doors to four charming and fully-equipped gîtes, which includes a magnificent French country house and two semi-detached houses. Each gîte is beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts and featuring a spacious private terrace.

Our extensive grounds provide plenty of space for relaxation and play, and you can also make use of our shared swimming pool (6 by 12 meters) and hot tub. Upon arrival, delight in a meal served on the terrace of your own gîte. Additionally, once a week, we invite you to join us on the courtyard for a vegetarian three-course dinner at our Table d'hôtes.

Discover the wonders of the Dordogne, also known as the Périgord, famous for its numerous prehistoric sites such as the Lascaux caves, Font de Gaumes, and the extensive national museum of prehistory in Les Eyzies. Furthermore, you can explore the regions' historical sites including medieval towns, bastides (fortified towns), and magnificent castles. Choose from our four gîtes: La Fermette, which accommodates 4-5 people plus a baby and boasts two bedrooms and a private terrace; L'Atelier, a semi-detached gîte suitable for 4 people plus a baby, featuring one spacious bedroom and an open loft with two bedsteads; La Métairie, located in the left wing of the country house and ideal for 4 people plus a baby, offering a large open bedroom with a built-in bunk bed and a private terrace; and La Foulerie, a gîte located in the basement of the country house, accommodating 4 people plus a baby, with two bedrooms and a private terrace.
