## Description

Lederforeningen i TDC (LTD) is a voluntary association for managers and specially trusted employees within the TDC Group. It represents members’ interests in negotiations with TDC Group companies and units, covering pay, legal matters, and workplace and social issues. The association also provides a professional community connecting current and former leaders across the group.

LTD organizes events where members can network and discuss leadership, and shares news and information about agreements and the association’s statutes. Its elected board, comprising a chair, deputy chair and three other members, manages the association’s day-to-day work and is chosen by members at the annual general meeting.

Members can contact LTD’s secretariat for support with a range of needs, including unemployment insurance, tailored insurance, career guidance, employment conditions and legal questions. The association’s services are designed to help members navigate their professional lives and access relevant advice. Members seeking assistance can reach the secretariat by phone or email during its weekday opening hours, or contact the board directly.
