Led by USA Boxing certified coaches, it offers structured, beginner-friendly training for people seeking fitness, practical skills, or competitive development. The academy is home to State College’s only USA Boxing Local Boxing Club. Programs include boxing, women’s boxing, youth boxing for ages 8 to 16, and integrated mixed martial arts training.
