## Description

Legacy League Baseball is a collegiate developmental summer baseball league based in Jackson, Mississippi, bringing college players together to compete and grow at one stadium. Its program is designed to develop student-athletes on and off the field, with guidance from former professionals and a focus on building careers throughout the sports industry. The league features four teams: the Clinton Big Wheels, New Jack City, Madison Mockingbirds, and Ridgeland Roosters. Players can find information about registration, housing, schedules, and team activities through the league.

Beyond competition, Legacy League Baseball highlights professional opportunities across baseball, including roles outside of playing. It has hosted an “Off the Field” presentation with Tyrone Brooks, the MLB Commissioner’s Office senior director of workforce development, for players, families, directors, and associates. The league has also announced the installation and planned use of the WIN Reality Smart Field ABS system, and reported its first player assignment to the MLB Draft League.
