## Description

Lekker Pûh!!! is a specialist child nutrition and eating-support program founded in 2006, helping children with excess weight and selective eating develop healthier habits and a more positive relationship with food. Its approach is designed for each child and family, with guidance that focuses on lasting change rather than traditional dieting. The program begins with an intake and introduction to a dedicated children’s eating coach, followed by regular personal consultations. Families receive practical tools, activity materials, games, videos, podcasts and advice, with the coach also available between sessions. Ongoing check-ins and follow-up support aim to help families maintain progress and prevent setbacks, with support offered through age 18. Lekker Pûh!!! also provides information and resources for parents, including guidance on weight concerns, selective eating and suspected ARFID, as well as videos, magazines, professional training and a shop. The organization says its method is scientifically supported and reports having helped more than 5,200 children. Its goal is to foster confidence, healthier eating patterns and wellbeing for children and their families.
