## Description

Le Mole di Narni is a private natural and archaeological park in Umbria, Italy, where visitors can experience the meeting of history, water and nature. Set on the remains of an ancient Roman villa, the site preserves the Frigidarium, a spring-fed pool, natural beaches along the Nera River, a historic nymphaeum, and old grain mills and a tannery mill. The park offers day access for swimming in designated areas, relaxing by the river and exploring its historic surroundings. Admission includes use of the park’s bathing areas and visitor facilities, including bathrooms, showers and changing rooms. Guests can rent sun loungers and enjoy an on-site bar serving food and drinks. Additional activities include guided meditation, massages, cycling and stand-up paddleboarding on the river. Online booking is strongly recommended, as daily capacity is limited; tickets may also be purchased at the entrance, subject to availability. Le Mole di Narni offers a restorative outdoor experience grounded in the area’s natural landscape and heritage.
