## Description

Proyecto Leoman is the personal brand of Rafael Prades, developed from 1998 to 2023 around creating content and sharing ideas. Prades has worked in digital telephone systems and radio communications engineering, multimedia design, and culinary training, and is now retired. The site presents his work as a writer, with a particular focus on cooking, food culture, and practical learning.

His publications include the “Sabrosos Bocados” trilogy: Sol@ ante el peligro, a guide for readers looking to build their culinary skills; Cocineras con sol y estrella, a tribute to women whose work has shaped everyday cooking; and Cocina de repitajos, which completes the series. Other titles include MicroBasic and Quédate en casa y cocina, a collection of 30 accessible recipes.

The project also points readers to GastroTraveler, an online gastronomy magazine featuring articles, news, recipes, books, and culinary routes. Sabrosos Bocados is additionally available as a podcast with conversations and interviews on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. Through books, editorial content, and audio, Proyecto Leoman brings together cooking, storytelling, and food-related experiences.
