## Description

Léonard Échecs is a French company dedicated to developing chess and making it accessible to individuals and organizations. Since its creation in 2013, it has supported local authorities, chess clubs, businesses, and private players in designing, developing, and animating chess activities. Its services span instruction, events, tournaments, strategy, training, and consulting. The company offers group and individual lessons for beginners and experienced players, taught by qualified instructors and suitable for learners aged seven to 107. It also helps clients organize local, national, and international tournaments, create chess-themed events, and train facilitators and organizers, providing skills transfer and resources for clubs and competitions. Léonard uses chess as a tool for organizational strategy and management communication, drawing on the game’s associations with reflection, logic, memory, planning, and creativity. Its digital activity and multimedia expertise complement its in-person services. Led by chess professionals and former competitors, Léonard also contributes to major chess events, including corporate and European championships. The company is based in Paris and serves individuals and organizations.
