## Description

Leonardo SRL SB is an Italian social and healthcare services company based in Manfredonia. As a Società Benefit, it aims to create shared benefits while operating responsibly, sustainably and transparently toward people, communities, territories, the environment and other stakeholders. Its work includes managing Il Filo Continuo, a day centre for people who are not self-sufficient and need care and rehabilitation support because of cognitive or functional difficulties.

The company’s activities also encompass establishing, administering, building, acquiring and managing healthcare and care facilities, for itself or on behalf of others. These include centres providing rehabilitation, including services delivered at home; day assistance for older people and people with disabilities; nursing and medical services; residential care facilities; clinics, care homes and multidisciplinary centres. Services may be provided directly to private clients or in agreement with public and private organisations.

Leonardo also invests in employee development. With support from Consorzio Innopolis, it is training staff through Fonservizi and the Fondo Nuove Competenze initiative, which supports skills development, innovation and employment.
