## Description

Le Prisme is a community organization serving Mont-Laurier and nearby areas in Quebec. It supports people living with physical or intellectual disabilities, as well as people on the autism spectrum, and their families. Its mission is to promote well-being and help each person develop their full potential, with a focus on inclusion, autonomy, and well-being.

The organization offers a day centre and a summer day camp, with activities designed to provide inclusive, adapted experiences. Its programs give members opportunities to connect with others, try new activities, and participate in community life. Le Prisme also shares information, news, events, and resources relevant to people with disabilities and their families.

Community members can get involved by becoming members, volunteering or pursuing career opportunities, attending events, or making a donation. Donations and partnerships help contribute directly to the well-being of people living with disabilities in the community. Based in Mont-Laurier, Le Prisme works to foster a more inclusive environment through its services, activities, and community connections.
