Engiadina Pura is the in-house brand of Lataria Engiadinaisa SA (LESA), a dairy based in Bever in the Engadin region of Switzerland. The brand celebrates the authenticity and natural character of the Engadin, with products made exclusively from local mountain milk. LESA has processed milk from Engadin farmers since 1982 and produces its range at an altitude of 1,706 metres, making it one of Europe’s highest dairies. Its products include yogurt, cheese, fondue, raclette, milk and butter. The yogurt range features seasonal creations, including varieties developed with Engadin chef Dario Cadonau, while the cheese selection includes regional specialties such as organic Swiss stone pine cheese, which won a gold medal at the World Cheese Awards. Ready-made mountain-cheese fondue and mountain raclette offer convenient options for sharing. Some products are enhanced with selected ingredients from the Engadin and Graubünden, such as flowers, herbs and oils. LESA works with mountain farmers across the Engadin and emphasizes animal care, local sourcing and the distinctive flavors of the region.
