## Description

The Compagnie des Archers des Écrins is an archery club based in L’Argentière-la-Bessée, bringing together people interested in the sport and the life of the club. Its website shares information about training, club activities, events, and competitions, including local contests such as its 18-metre event. News also highlights archers’ participation in activities and competitions in places such as Barcelonnette and Chorges, with encouragement for the club’s young archers.

Members and visitors can explore photos and videos, team information, event details, practical documents, and useful links. The site also provides information about the club’s organisation and how to get in touch. Equipment reservations are available for the outdoor range and gymnasium, supporting access to the club’s facilities. A newsletter, guestbook, and forum offer additional ways to follow or participate in club life. The Compagnie des Archers des Écrins presents archery as a sporting challenge, reflecting Pierre de Coubertin’s words about mastering fear, fatigue, and difficulty through sport.
