# Les défis d'Armand - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `lesdefisdarmand.fr` ## Description Les défis d’Armand is the personal brand of Armand Thoinet, an adventurer and speaker based near Lyon, France. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2012 after years without answers, Armand draws on his experience of disability and adventure to share a practical, inclusive perspective on life’s challenges. His message is that everyone faces difficulties, and learning how to navigate them can help people live more fully. Through original adventures, conferences and adventure films, Armand uses sport and exploration as ways to communicate human stories and encourage reflection. His work connects the lessons of managing a neurological condition with the determination and adaptability required for adventure. He speaks to audiences beyond the disability community, focusing on resilience, problem-solving and taking an active role in one’s life. Armand also supports research into multiple sclerosis by directing funds to organizations including the EDMUS Foundation and the Germaine Revel Foundation. His activities have brought him invitations to festivals and sporting events, as well as recognition for his contributions to inclusion, sport and health. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/LesDefisdArmand) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/lesdefisdarmand) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idzxqEt8Eo/w/2064/h/1145/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792815042522) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idzxqEt8Eo/w/1071/h/1070/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792815042850) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Black | #000000 | dark | | Silver Chalice | #a3a3a3 | light | ## Fonts - Sukhumvit Set — asset _(custom)_ - Inter — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
