## Description

Les P’tits Ours is a micro-crèche in Mondragon, France, providing group childcare for children from around 10 weeks to 3 years old, with care potentially available up to age six. The setting is designed around children’s well-being and welcomes each child together with their family, history, values and beliefs. A qualified, experienced team supports up to 12 children at a time, respecting individual routines and developmental needs. Its educational approach includes free movement, baby signing and age-appropriate discovery and leisure activities. The nursery also emphasizes environmental responsibility, offering organic meals made with local products, organic nappies and hygiene supplies, a vegetable garden, composting and recycling. Families can use a smartphone app for real-time daily updates on meals, changes and naps, as well as nursery news and practical communications about absences or delays. The service includes support for parents and a business-crèche placement option. Through this arrangement, employees may access attractive childcare rates, while participating companies may benefit from family tax credits and other tax advantages.
