# Les Racines de Honfleur - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `lesracinesdehonfleur.blogspot.com` ## Description Racines de Honfleur is a French association founded in 1996 to bring together people interested in the history, culture and genealogy of Honfleur and its canton. As a nonprofit association governed by France’s 1901 law, it shares local heritage through four bulletins published each year, alongside special editions devoted to the canton’s communes. Its publications explore a wide range of subjects, including local people and families, historical events, architecture, maritime life, photographs and traditions. The association also organizes cultural activities such as book fairs, exhibitions and concerts, and its archive highlights authors and researchers whose work relates to Normandy and Honfleur. Beyond publishing and events, Racines de Honfleur has taken responsibility for restoring the chapel of Honfleur’s former hospital, reflecting its commitment to preserving local heritage. The association is based at Honfleur’s town hall and invites members to support its work through an annual membership fee of 20 euros. Through research, publications and community initiatives, it helps document and celebrate the area’s past for residents and visitors alike. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 History _(under Science and Education)_ - 🎸 Hobbies and Leisure - 🎸 Ancestry and Genealogy _(under Hobbies and Leisure)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idylnpIOhZ/w/56/h/20/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793266202171) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Cornflower Blue | #4285f4 | accent | | Iroko | #473624 | dark | | Macaroni and Cheese | #ffab72 | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
