## Description

Lets Go Fitness is a family-owned, locally operated gym in Dunedin, New Zealand. Opened in 2012, the business is committed to motivating and inspiring wellbeing through a personalised approach that supports people of different ages and fitness levels. Its welcoming, non-judgmental environment is designed to help the local community build confidence in movement and feel better about life.

The gym offers 24/7 access through memberships, alongside one-on-one personal training sessions of 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Members can also join challenge classes scheduled in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening, with options suitable for all fitness levels. Ōtepoti Boxing Club, led by Chase Haley, provides boxing classes covering technique, drills, sparring and discipline.

Fitness packages combine gym access and classes with an online app featuring training sessions and tools to track workouts and manage nutrition. More comprehensive options add personal training sessions and ongoing support. Trainers tailor their guidance to individual goals, including adapting exercises during classes.
