## Description

Level is a coin-launch platform built around fair launches on pump.fun. It lets users launch a coin by entering its name, ticker, and image, then signing one 0.035 SOL payment. A single master wallet creates each coin, with the creation and a 2% guard purchase included in the same transaction. The guard is designed to sell into early sniper activity, while developer purchases are capped at 5%. Level also checks names, tickers, and images for copies before users reach the signing step, using text comparisons and perceptual image matching. Its fee flywheel directs creator fees back to the coin that generated them: every five minutes, a claim sweeps each coin’s fee balance, allocating half to buy back and burn that coin and half to fund its guard. The platform includes a board for browsing launched coins, launch and flywheel information, documentation, and a tool to verify whether a contract address launched through Level. Level states that it is not affiliated with pump.fun.
