About

Description

Le Yaca French Restaurant is a renowned brand with a rich history dating back to 1964/65. It all began in a charming little village called Le Praz, located in the French Alps, just 8 kilometers below the popular Courchevel ski resort. When Gerard Gormier showed Daniele Bourderau a house with a big fireplace, she immediately saw the potential for a captivating restaurant.

Thus, the first Le Yaca was born, offering an original menu, warm hospitality, and a beautifully remodeled house that became an instant success during the winter season. A few years later, in 1968, the second Le Yaca opened in Saint-Tropez, captivating patrons during the spring and summer seasons. In 1980, Le Yaca expanded its horizons and ventured to the United States, firmly establishing its presence in Williamsburg.

With talented chef Daniel Abid leading the culinary team, the restaurant gained widespread acclaim for its consistently exceptional cuisine and attention to detail. In 2001, Daniel Abid became the proud owner of Le Yaca, further enhancing its reputation for excellence. Today, Le Yaca continues to delight diners with its timeless ambiance and delectable French cuisine.

With a fourth location opening at the High Street, the legacy of Le Yaca only grows stronger. Experience the harmonious blend of French flair and culinary mastery at Le Yaca French Restaurant. All rights reserved
