Founded by Mitch Mortaza, the league emerged from a unique concept that debuted during the 2004 Super Bowl as an entertaining halftime show. The LFL blends athleticism with an eye-catching aesthetic, offering fans an exhilarating experience through its innovative gameplay. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, the league features two primary formats: tackle football, played with standard protective gear, and flag football, which emphasizes agility without helmets or shoulder pads. Each game consists of four quarters, each lasting ten minutes, allowing teams to showcase their skills in a fast-paced environment. The LFL aims to redefine women’s participation in sports, celebrating the fierce and competitive spirit of female athletes. By attracting a broad audience, particularly among male fans, the league continues to grow, highlighting both the talent of its players and the excitement of women's football. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 American Football _(under Sports)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idL2TUmaSQ/w/526/h/150/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1733090942472) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Surfie Green | #116c8a | accent | | Milano Red | #ac0411 | dark | | Picton Blue | #57afe1 | light | ## Fonts - var(--td_default_google_font_2 — asset _(custom)_ - var(--td_default_google_font_2 — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
