## Description

Equality PAC is a brand dedicated to advancing the full legal and societal equality of LGBTQ individuals in the United States. As the political arm of the Congressional Equality Caucus, their mission is to support and elect openly LGBTQ individuals and strong allies to the United States Congress. Equality PAC raises funds to promote the passage of the Equality Act, a comprehensive LGBTQ civil rights bill that aims to make discrimination in housing, employment, and financing opportunities illegal. They also strive to address the daily struggles and fears faced by LGBTQ Americans and ensure full civil rights and protections for all LGBTQ individuals. In the 2022 election cycle, Equality PAC recruited, endorsed, and supported a record number of LGBTQ congressional candidates, making historic progress in LGBTQ representation in Congress. Since their founding in 2014, they have raised nearly $50 million to support LGBTQ candidates. By electing LGBTQ members to federal office, Equality PAC aims to bring about a legislative environment conducive to achieving full equality for LGBTQ individuals in the United States.
