## Description

LGT RH is a human resources consultancy serving startups, very small businesses and small to medium-sized companies in Seine-et-Marne, France. Led by Laure Guérin Taquet, the brand helps business owners manage employee-related needs and focus on their core activities through flexible, practical support tailored to smaller organisations.

Its services include an HR diagnostic that reviews existing practices, tools, areas of concern and opportunities, giving leaders a clear basis for decisions. Businesses can also outsource HR support on a part-time basis, with interventions ranging from a few hours each month to several days a week, according to their needs. For targeted projects, LGT RH offers support through the Prestation de Conseil RH (PCRH) scheme, which may be partially or fully funded by the company’s OPCO, subject to eligibility.

Clients can begin with a diagnostic or move directly to an HR assignment. LGT RH also shares HR news and guidance through its website, covering topics relevant to workplace practices and team life.
