## Description

LHCC Group is a leading East London provider of support to individuals with mental health issues, learning disabilities, challenging behaviors, and autism. With over 22 years of experience and a team of over 90 dedicated employees, the brand is committed to targeting positive outcomes for everyone they serve.

Their services include residential homes, supported living, and domiciliary care, where they provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes. LHCC Group utilizes evidence-based practice and specialized interventions to create supportive and rehabilitative environments that enable individuals with mental health support needs to achieve positive outcomes. They also offer a specialized service for forensic and complex care clients.

Residents with learning disabilities, challenging behaviors, mental health needs, and autism benefit from an approach that empowers them through active support, person-centered planning, and positive behavioral support. In addition to their support services, LHCC Group ventures into real estate, acquiring and refurbishing properties to generate income and expand their care portfolios.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, LHCC Group opened Leyton House Foundation, providing relief and support for those affected by mental illnesses, poverty, financial hardship, and physical disabilities while promoting social inclusion in the UK and other countries.
