## Description

LIB.PH, the Philippine Digital Library, is a digital library, repository, and archive for preserving scientific and literary works by Filipino and international authors. It operates on the principle of free participation, allowing people to register, publish their work, and share it with readers around the world. The platform welcomes a broad community, including scientists, teachers, students, writers, researchers, archivists, publishers, and public figures.

Authors can contribute articles, research papers, reviews, books, fiction, poetry, personal journal entries, photographs, documents, and other files, as well as biographies and audio recordings. The library also offers tools for creating polls and collections. LIB.PH says it shares publication data with partner libraries, social networks, and search engines, and aims to help authors protect their copyrights, connect with potential partners and investors, and increase scholarly citations. By bringing together texts, files, and multimedia, the platform supports access to knowledge and cultural heritage while helping preserve the past, document the present, and contribute to the future.
