Liberty for Youth (LFY) is a not-for-profit charitable organization founded in 2004. They provide a prevention and intervention mentoring program for youth aged 12 to 25 in the Hamilton and surrounding areas who are involved in or at-risk of criminal behavior. Supported by a network of donors, funders, volunteers, staff, and community partners, LFY aims to inspire at-risk youth to become constructive members of the community.

LFY's mentoring program is open to disadvantaged, marginalized, and at-risk youth, regardless of their faith, ethnicity, or nationality. The program uses an innovative and intensive mentoring model that focuses on building inner character, developing life and leadership skills, and achieving permanent behavioral change. Mentors guide the youth through transformational stages represented by seven words starting with "R," such as realization, resolution, repentance, return, rehabilitation, reintegration, and reconciliation.

LFY's mission is to develop mentoring relationships with at-risk youth or those involved in the justice system, helping them build character and create positive lifestyles filled with opportunity and personal success.
