## Description

LichtblicKraus is the doula and women’s wellbeing practice of Maike Kraus, based in Hirschaid, Germany. Maike supports women through pregnancy, the postpartum period and other significant life transitions, offering attentive, individual accompaniment shaped around each person’s needs and choices. Her approach emphasizes listening, emotional support and helping women connect with their own strengths and sense of wellbeing.

Services include doula support during pregnancy and after birth, pregnancy wellness and metamorphic massages, placenta processing, and gatherings such as women’s circles and mother circles. These groups provide a welcoming setting for conversation, reflection and connection, with activities that may include meditation, creative exercises, music, dance and massage. The practice also offers events, including Plazentazauber.

LichtblicKraus invites women to explore their personal path in a supportive atmosphere, whether they are preparing for birth, adjusting to motherhood or seeking space for themselves and their wellbeing. Maike encourages prospective clients to get in touch to discuss their needs and see whether her support is a good fit.
