## Description

Postor, formerly known as LicitIA, is an intelligence platform that helps businesses compete for public-sector contracts in Mexico. It brings together public procurement opportunities from ComprasMX and integrated state portals, so companies can search for tenders relevant to what they sell without checking each source manually. Users can receive alerts about new opportunities, track each tender and its next steps, and review public records and official documents.

Postor’s AI-powered analysis helps extract requirements from tender documents and flag potential barriers or conditions that could affect a bid. The platform also provides information on competitors’ participation, awards, contract amounts, and buyers, helping businesses assess the market and prepare their decisions. Alerts can also identify recorded winners, giving companies a way to find potential customers for their products or services.

Postor offers subscription plans, including analysis features, and provides a public data portal where users can explore procurement information without an account. Its resources include guides, a glossary, source and coverage details, and examples of tender analysis.
