## Description

Licom is a Belgian specialist in AI-driven business communication systems, helping small and medium-sized businesses, large companies, and public-sector organisations move to modern communication platforms. The company combines advice, implementation, and ongoing support, drawing on partnerships with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Wildix, 3CX, and Microsoft. Rather than focusing on a single technology, Licom recommends solutions based on each organisation’s needs and invests in new technologies and knowledge-sharing to support long-term partnerships.

Its offerings include unified communications through Microsoft Teams, Rainbow, or Wildix, with options to integrate existing telephony with CRM and ERP systems. Licom also provides hosted VoIP, private-cloud telephony, on-premise systems, and hybrid or fully virtualised communication solutions. Additional services and tools include its own provider service, a telephony overview wallboard, OnDuty for managing on-call schedules, and a virtual reception connected to business telephony. Licom’s projects serve organisations across varied sectors, including manufacturing, retail, logistics, and professional services. Its work includes modernising phone systems and connecting multiple business locations through unified communications.
