Lief Recovery provides a 12-week wearable heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback program for substance use treatment providers. Designed to complement—not replace—clinical care, the program helps patients practice regulating their response to stress and craving between appointments, while giving care teams visibility into engagement, craving, and self-reported substance use.

Patients wear the Lief Rx device discreetly on the torso.
