## Description

Lieux Mouvants is a cultural association based in Lanrivain, in central Brittany’s Kreiz Breizh region. Founded in 2011 by Jean Schalit and recognised as serving the public interest, it creates opportunities for local residents, nature enthusiasts, artists, cultural audiences, creators and scientists to meet in distinctive natural settings. Its work brings together environmental awareness and artistic discovery through a summer festival held across locations in central Brittany, including Kerpert, Locuon and Saint-Antoine.

The festival presents a varied programme of concerts, dance, circus, exhibitions, film screenings, talks, nature activities and participatory workshops. Events explore subjects ranging from the living world, landscapes and water to architecture, biodiversity and the senses. Lieux Mouvants also organises plant days and landscape and architecture workshops. Its “Au fil de l’eau” project, planned for 2025–2027 with cultural and environmental partners, uses local stories, exhibitions, artistic creations and immersive events to encourage awareness of water. The association offers ways to support its activities through donations, membership and volunteering, and shares programme and event information through its website and newsletter.
