LifeAct is a brand dedicated to suicide prevention programs for middle schools and high schools. With a mission to prevent teen suicide, LifeAct educates youth on recognizing depression and the warning signs of suicide, as well as how to access help for themselves or their peers. Their lifesaving programs have made a significant impact, with over 34,000 students receiving their program last year alone.

LifeAct offers two main programs tailored to different age groups. Their middle school program equips students with the tools to understand feelings of stress, identify stressors, and recognize signs of depression. On the other hand, their high school program focuses on teaching students to identify depression and suicide warning signs, as well as fostering effective communication and advocacy for mental health.

With over 200 schools having implemented their program and 3,100 students reaching out for help last year, LifeAct's impact is evident.
