## Description

Lifeline Group is a Jersey-based care and training organisation serving Islanders and local workplaces. From its base at de Carteret House in St Helier, the group brings together services guided by a shared approach: getting to know each person, planning around their needs and supporting them to remain as independent as they wish. Its care services include residential and respite care at Pinewood Care Home on Le Mont Millais, as well as practical community support for adults and young adults living at home. Lifeline also provides training in first aid, mental health and fire safety for workplaces, both in Jersey and abroad. The group’s training experience informs its own care teams, who put into practice the skills and standards they teach. Lifeline aims to provide personal, practical support built on trust, for both the people it cares for and the organisations it works with. People unsure which service is right for them can contact the team by phone, email or through its website for guidance.
