## Description

Life on Eris is a captivating musical duo formed by married couple Chris Carmack and Erin Slaver. Combining their unique talents and experiences, the band reflects a rich aesthetic inspired by their life and artistry. Named after the dwarf planet Eris, the duo's name playfully hints at their harmonious yet complex relationship, much like the themes explored in their debut EP, Stonewall. This project harmoniously blends diverse musical influences, including Pop, Americana, Classical, and Hip-Hop, creating a sound that is both fresh and relatable.

Their songs delve into themes of romance, regret, and reconciliation, with haunting harmonies and intricate arrangements that invite repeated listening. Each track offers a compelling narrative, from the infectious opener Damaged Good to the ambitious closing pieces, Script on a Bottle and Superhero. Life on Eris showcases not only their musical prowess but also a profound connection as collaborators, creating a genuinely rich and engaging sonic experience. Through their music, Carmack and Slaver invite listeners into a world where love and artistry intertwine beautifully.
