## Description

LifeOverCoffee is a brand that started as a counseling ministry in 2008 and has since transformed into a platform dedicated to leadership training and equipping. Our mission at LifeOverCoffee is to provide resources that ignite conversations for transformation in churches, organizations, and individual lives. For churches, we offer a wide range of resources, training, and topical courses to help deepen faith and facilitate growth. For organizations, our content and resources are designed to develop and equip staff and leadership. And for individuals, we offer both free and premium resources to help foster spiritual growth, as well as a supportive community to engage in transformative discussions. LifeOverCoffee was founded by Rick Thomas, who leads the global training network and is committed to creating resources that spark conversations for transformation. With a focus on resource creation and leadership development, Rick brings hope and help through speaking, writing, podcasting, and educating. Join us at LifeOverCoffee and discover the power of conversation for personal and collective change.
