Life! is a free healthy lifestyle program that aims to help individuals improve their eating habits, increase physical activity, and manage stress. The program is run by expert health professionals and offers a variety of options for participants based on their preferences and needs. It is funded by the Victorian government and managed by Diabetes Victoria.

Participants can choose between a group course, which consists of 7 sessions delivered in-person or online, or a telephone coaching service which includes 7 phone calls with a health professional. Additionally, there is a program called Road to Good Health specifically designed for Aboriginal communities.

For those who are not eligible for the group course or telephone coaching, the Life! flex program is available. It is a 20-week pilot program that includes online or telephone coaching sessions, an online tool with educational resources, and support through text messages and an online community.
