LIFT Ireland, which stands for 'Leading Ireland's Future Together', is a not-for-profit initiative that aims to increase the level of positive leadership in Ireland. Founded in 2017 and officially launched in 2018, LIFT was built on a desire to change the country for the better by transforming people's perception of leadership. The organization offers an eight-part group learning process, which is being rolled out nationwide through a volunteer facilitator network.

Their goal is to reach 10% of the population by 2028. LIFT's leadership learning process is based on eight key values: Listening, Positive Attitude, Respect, Competence, Dedication & Determination, Empathy & Understanding, Accountability, and Honesty & Integrity. Central to their approach are leadership circles or roundtables, where participants have the opportunity to reflect on these values using a proven 5-step-method.

To achieve their mission, LIFT relies on a network of facilitators and partners who commit to living, growing, building, or hosting LIFT's activities. Their aim is to create a better, brighter, and kinder future for Ireland through fostering good values and impactful leadership.
