## Description

Lighthouse is a charitable, not-for-profit arts and entertainment venue in Poole, Dorset, serving audiences and communities across the South West. As a multi-arts centre, it presents a varied programme of theatre, live music, comedy, cinema and visual arts exhibitions, with events ranging from drama and dance to family shows, concerts and recitals. Visitors can explore current and upcoming performances, book tickets and purchase gift vouchers or a Lighthouse Film Pass. The venue also offers creative opportunities through Lighthouse Academy, Lighthouse Youth Theatre, Lighthouse Creatives and community programmes, connecting young people, schools and local residents with artistic activities and skills development. Lighthouse’s facilities include performance and event spaces available for hire, an exhibition programme, and the Studio Bar, which serves drinks and snacks. The organisation welcomes visitors with information about access, refreshments, safety and travel, and invites people to support its charitable work through donations, memberships, volunteering and business partnerships. Based at 21 Kingland Road, Lighthouse combines public performances with education, participation and community engagement.
