## Description

The Associazione Umanitaria “Lilly Colucci” is a humanitarian nonprofit based in Monopoli, in Italy’s Bari area. Active since 2019, it was established in memory of Lilly Colucci, an administrative director of the Plastic-Puglia Group who died at the age of 45. The association promotes human and social solidarity, with particular attention to healthcare prevention and support for people in vulnerable circumstances.

Its volunteer work includes home assistance and support, nursing services for disadvantaged groups, and a listening centre run by expert volunteers. The association also organizes and supports community initiatives, including free health screenings, assistance for families in need, and donations of medical equipment to local organizations and care facilities. Its activities reflect a commitment to standing alongside people facing hardship and contributing to the wellbeing of the local community.

The association’s headquarters, opened in December 2020, is located on Viale delle Rimembranze in Monopoli and welcomes the public on weekdays.
