At Limitless Karate, we offer a variety of programs to suit different needs.

Our karate classes are available for ages 4 and up, focusing on teaching self-defense techniques. We also offer specialized self-defense classes for women aged 13 and up, promoting empowerment and safety. Our state-of-the-art studio spans 3,600 square feet and features two mats, allowing for students to train throughout the day.

Private lessons, karate practice, stretching, and more can all be done at our facility. The mats, punching bags, mirrors, and other equipment are carefully selected to support martial arts training and overall fitness conditioning. Led by Grand Master Phil Mc Grath and Master Frank Russo, our qualified instructors bring decades of experience and a passion for martial arts.

Grand Master Mc Grath's expertise spans 34 years, and he has taught students of all ages and backgrounds, including autistic children, police officers, and Navy Seals. With an 8th-degree black belt, he is considered a Grand Master. Master Russo, a 6th-degree black belt, has excelled in competitive wrestling and martial arts tournaments.
