LINC, founded in 2013, is a mission-driven US-based small business dedicated to empowering local organizations and actors in their own development. With a team of nearly 70 experienced and multilingual development professionals, LINC has been recognized for its excellence as the recipient of USAID's Small Business of the Year award in 2017. LINC's mission is to work alongside local actors to create sustainable change, challenging traditional aid practices and advocating for locally-led development.
