## Description

Linus is a pioneering organization in Germany dedicated to providing compassionate and legally sound assistance to individuals contemplating a self-determined end to their lives. Established after the German Constitutional Court's landmark decision in February 2020, Linus focuses on delivering support that is both private and professional. The organization emphasizes a clear, unbureaucratic process, ensuring that each request for euthanasia is individually assessed while maintaining high medical, legal, and ethical standards.

Linus offers guidance throughout the euthanasia process, including comprehensive consultations and emotional support for both the person seeking assistance and their loved ones. Unlike conventional organizations, Linus does not require membership or adherence to rigid procedures, allowing for a more personal interaction. Their network of trained healthcare professionals facilitates a nationwide reach, ensuring that every case is treated with the care and respect it deserves. Through their commitment to dignity and autonomy, Linus aims to provide comfort and clarity during difficult times.
