## Description

Lion's Choice is a renowned brand that has been serving top-quality food since its inception in Ballwin, Missouri. Started by Marv Gibbs and Arthur Morey as Red Lion Beef, the restaurant quickly gained popularity and was renamed to Lion's Choice, symbolizing their commitment to offering the best. With the opening of the second location in Creve Coeur, MO in 1969, Lion's Choice began its journey to become a beloved St. Louis institution. The star of their menu is the Original Roast Beef sandwich, made with 100% real top round beef, slow-roasted on-site for three hours, and thinly shaved. Served on a lightly toasted buttered bun and sprinkled with their secret seasoning, it offers a mouthwatering experience. Lion's Choice also offers a variety of other delectable options like Oven-Roasted Turkey, Hickory-Smoked Ham, Pulled Pork, and fresh salads. With a commitment to preserving their original legacy, Lion's Choice continues to provide good people serving ridiculously good food. Experience their famous menu items, including Natural-cut Fries and Frozen Custard, and discover why Lion's Choice has been a favorite for over 50 years.
